I'm desperately trying to hit on this girl that works in the same mall as I do. I can already guess that she likes me... she even dressed up when I told her I'd stop by next time she was in. Thing is her boss is right next to her pretty much all the time since business has been slow this month. Normally, I'd ask her out in a heartbeat but I really don't wanna ask her out right in front of her boss.

I have no qualms about asking someone out when they walk into my store since I'm generally the boss when I'm in my store and I'm good with my coworkers... we actually have codes for when someone hot walks in.

Any suggestions on a discrete way of asking her out without embarassing her in front of her boss? Or should I just suck it up and ask her out right there anywho... embarassment and all. She seems like the semi-shy-type which I've always found even more attractive.

Something tells me that the girls on ATOT will just beat me down with a stick and tell me to ask her out anywho. *protects groin region*
 
Why don't you just wait for her quitting time. Wait at the exit of her store and ask her then.

Since you work in the mall, maybe you could just ask her to lunch in the food court or whatever one day..then ask her then...

I was actually thinking of having one of my coworkers/friends run interference so I can talk to her without her boss looking over her shoulder.

The exiting the store thing might be tough since I have to close my own store. I'll try that lunch break thing... so obvious and perfect since I pick my breaks.

EDIT: there was no doubt I would have asked her out... just wanted a way of doing it quietly rather than right in front of the boss.
