OP, if you don't mind your gf's ex sticking it in her ass, I mean going to dinner and stuff then your 1 month "serious" "relationship" should be safe, so when you two love birds getting married? LOL

Honestly wtf? Ban?

to make a long story short - I've been dating this chick for about a month. We're fairly serious, (even though it's a short period of time, I know) and have agreed to be monogamous.

An ex of hers is in town for the night - from what I understand they had a fairly slack relationship.. basically nothing serious, mainly physical, and he met some chick so they stopped seeing one another. I think him and this chick have since broken up

She talked to me beforehand and I was like yeah it's just dinner right.. no big deal. Now I'm almost 'second guessing' myself. Should I be concerned?

Was his name Chris?

hehe

wow...

seriously, they had a purely physical relationship before and they want to get together for dinner?

I'm starting to believe all the advice given on ATOT is from the "paranoid nerd" perspective. Do any of you people have the ability to trust?

Based on that huge Iron Addict YAGT, if the mods see Zap's post he's probably due for a timeout lol.

They had dinner in less than an hour? Bollocks. They were getting their fill, but I bet she still needs to eat...

Huh? Did they go to Wendy's or something? What kind of "dinner" takes only an hour? If they were gone for 2 hours or so, I'd be inclined to believe that it was legit but an hour-long dinner (which presumably included driving to the destination...you said she called on her way home) plus the casual-sex-history between her and her ex makes me wonder if something else was going on instead.

Anyway, you two have only been together for a month so it doesn't really matter. Let it slide. If this becomes a habit, then it's time to re-evaluate things.

She tell's him she must go out for the evening.
To comfort an old friend whose feeling down.
But he knows where she's going as she is leaving
She is headed for the cheating side of town.

I completely trusted my last GF. Know why? Cause she didn't pull sh1t like the girls in most of these threads. Going to dinner with ex's, going out for 8 hours with some guy she barely knows, fvcking other guys while she's at school. Come on... If you don't let girls treat you like a doormat they see you as higher value than all the other guys who will throw themselves at her feet hoping she'll fvck them. The best way to keep her loyal is to show her you're the King, and while you might treat her like a Queen, she's easily replaced if she crosses you.
