Alright, so I was over at this chick's place today afternoon . . .we were screwing around . . . and then she had class, and I have a club meeting to go to - so I ask if she wanted to watch a movie tonoght.
She says, "sure".
So, fast forward, apprx. 9PM rolls along, I'm driving back to my place for a shower . . . she doesn't pick up.

I know I'm overreacting here, but what the hell?!
Hear me out - this isn't the first time either - a month ago, a friend (whom I met because I was in the same class with her) who was an exchange student wanted to go to downtown during the weekend, but she didn't know anyone at the time, so I offer to let her tag along - she says sure, and gives me her number. So I give her a call (this was after I got to know her pretty well) at 10PM, and ask if she wants to go. She says "sure". I tell her I'll get ready in an hour and pick 'er up. I get ready, try to pick her up, and lo and behold, she doesn't want to go! And it's not like I was macking it to her or anything - if anything, it was the reverse (but she's a chunky monkey) - I was just being nice and I get shot down! I wasn't even trying to hook up and I get shot down?! WTF?!
These two aren't the only examples, but I don't want the thread post to be any longer . . . let's just say that it's a big trend for me these days . . . I'm not particularly mad or anything, in fact, I don't particularly care that she didn't pick up, but I'm wondering what's up with this in general! (She's a relly sweet girl actually, but I'm just curious as to what's going on)
I don't have a second head growing on my back, nor am I hideously disfigured (I asked my roommate, and he said "no you're not hideously deformed 😉" ). Hmm . . . odd . . .. [/rant]
