Why do women always insist on hugging you/holding hands/leaning on you/hanging off you in various ways all the time?

I would say that in my relationship with my g/f I initiate that a lot of the time anyway. It is not nagging or anything, she just finds comfort and likes being with you. That's probably why I do that with my g/f too. I'm just a hugging, huggable guy I guess.
