It's not just that I want to hit it all the time...that's beside the point. It also doesn't mean that I don't want to talk to her at all. If she's got something important or interesting to talk about I'm all for it. It seems to me that most of the time she just wants to talk about things for the sake of hearing herself talk. Maybe the stuff she wants to talk about is important to her or our definitions of important or worthwhile things to talk about are very different. I wouldn't want to tell her "The stuff you always want to talk about is insignificant and stupid" because that would be mean. I don't want to hurt her and make her feel bad. I may be a horndog, but I have feelings and compassion, too.
