I figure there was nothing I could do to change anything about how she is and how disrespectful she is, maybe this cancer will open up her eyes and not blame me for all of her problems, like she normally does.
Nobody can make you act a certain way without your consent/permission.

She got me real down on myself and feel really guilty.
I just hope that this experience opens her eyes a little bit, not everything that happened/happens to her is my fault she went off on her own and did this one and that I should be able to tell her that she's wrong for this.

The current and future choices she makes in her life should hold no value to you either way. Just dismiss her and the events that took place. I would be glad that someone like that is no longer a part of my life - have a few drinks and celebrate. The mixed emotions youre feeling will pass with time. Be thankful that she didnt acquire an STD and return to you unknowingly.

I didn't speak to her for several months, I still care about her deeply. You're right, my emotions are quite mixed. I wish I had never done some of the bad things I'd done, maybe we wouldn't have broke up and she wouldn't do a guy and she wouldn't have cancer.
It's tough to know that if I was a little less brash this girl wouldn't get cancer.
She only had intercourse with one, I know she made out with, and fondled and was fondled by several (atleast 3 that I know of)

She made her choices just like you have made yours. Its pointless to beat yourself up about what has been done - which I'm sure is hard since it has all occurred fairly recent. Take the mistakes you acknowledge about this past relationship and not let it happen in your next one. Just my advice/view.

honestly speaking, all of this is going to come back to you and hit you so hard it will trigger hard spikes to blow your emotions wayard, hitting rock bottom at a point in your life. you think about it, she did something bad you didn't like, and then you laugh when something bad happened to her.
obviously it's like a recycling chain effect. how are you so sure that your pride is going to keep you at the top of the hill? what if you get into a car accident and lose both arms, should she be laughing at you?
the best you can do is show her some support, whether you call her your g/f or not anymore. don't be stupid and laugh at her. never call a girl "slut," it makes you look inconsiderate as a pontential father. what you do early in life, you immitate in your later years of life to other people. laugh at people when bad things happen to them? upon harsh winds knocking on your door, you're in for it, guy.

How long were you broken up for? She made out with some guys and it involved "heavy petting" and slept with one guy and that makes her a slut. You said you hit it again in december after you were broken up.
