You are screwed. What I am wondering is how you managed to be with her for two years.

Nothing wrong with getting girls to laugh over funny YTMNDs, don't know if it bodes well for the relationship though. :p

Man, I gotta try that sometime....just to see how fast the girl leaves.

In fact, next time I'm looking to dump a chick I'll do exactly this.....YTMND indeed....bwahahahahha!

Oh god, this can't be real. 2 year anniversary and you don't know her at all? hahaha, well, don't worry about it too much, after this dinner you'll never have to worry about her again.

Tell her to come to my place instead, I will show her a good night since you are incompetent at it.

If this is a parody, LOLOLOL

If not:

1) Turn your computer(s) off NOW. I mean like hold the power button till it's off. NOW. Find the breakers that control the circuits in your room and shut them off.
2) Go outside and do something like jog or run or ride a bike. Do it for at least 3 hours.
3) Stay outside, go to a store or restaurant of something, just don't go back home.

Do this for about a week with minimum contact with your comptuers and video games. You'll find that there is more to life.

I know because I've been there. I used to live on them 18/7 and thought it was great, then I found out I was missing some basic social skills. Go talk to real people.

Oh and if this chick is still around after 2 years of this pitiful mess, she'll probably stick with you forever if you man up and learn how to interact with people.

How old are you anyway? 12?

There are things you could do, that are not difficult even for a first timer (and, you might know about the luck of the first timers in kitchens - everything is much better than the next several times)
You could do pancakes, you could do some fried chicken breasts (just fried in a pan) with mashed potatoes and a salad... there are many simple options. Cake is not really necessary, but you could buy some and keep it in the fridge

And as for dinner.... do yourself and your girl a favor and go to the nearest diner or restuarant and get an entire meal to go. If you are gonna lie to her about cooking dinner, then make it a good lie. Tell her you burned it and got take out. At least it will be a lie that has something edible.

And if you want your evening to be a perfect success, get some flowers (they are cheap in the supermarket where you might also get some Frozen Dinners and a bag of ready made salad, if you dont want take out) and get a chick flick that SHE will like.

Oh yea... and girls love scented candles.

:)

Must remember this when my future wife comes back (after a two+ weeks absence)
Thanks

You've been with someone for two years and you still don't have a clue about what to talk about or do?

Let her do you in the butt for being such a loser.

Real advice? Ask her what she would like to do...

My girlfriend is coming over for a fancy dinner tomorrow for our 2 year anniversary! I want to make it special cause we have never done this before cause last year I was out of town when it rolled around, and we never found time to do it.

I plan on having her come to my apartment and I am going to cook for her. The only problem is I cant cook. I have decided that I am going to order Pizza Hut regular crust vegitable pizza and just put it on a cooking sheet in the oven and have flour and vegitables and sauce out so it looks like I used it. For desert I am going to mash up 3 McDonalds apple pies ina bowl and sprinkle cinamon and sugar over them and tell her it's my famous "Breaded Apple Crumble Ver 2.0".

She doesnt really like computers and thats all I know about so I dont know what we are going to talk about while we eat! (When we usually eat we just watch TV). i think I am going to load up some of my favorite funny YTMND.com sites to make her laugh while we eat. SHe doesnt know of YTMND but what girl wouldnt love Brian peppers - I mean come on, its funny! That or I want to see if she wants to play Some Halo 2 or something, its one of my favorite games - and while she may not liek games I figure she will get to know better if she sees me 0wn!

If I get lucky I want to put on some techno music, I was thinking DJ Tiesto or Paul Oakenfold would make the mood right, with the iTunes visual. What do you think?

Do you think my plan will work? Do you have any suggestions? Please help and maybe I will get lucky that night.

Please give me your advice - I am SCREWED!

(UPDATE)
THIS IS NOT A PARODY! I NEED SERIOUS HELP, PLEASE. I am sorry im not a "baller" like all you other ATOTers, just give me the 411 on what to do!

just cancel your plans before it happens.
u have no hope.

You guys dont see eachother very often do you? It nice to know that even though you both have different interests but seem to make it work, but is there anything you both like to do that you can do together. Instead of just doing what you like?

Well I dont see her all the time because about a year and a half ago (we had been dating for six months) she said she wantd an "opren relationship" or something... she basicalyl said shes busy with work so she doesnt want to restrict herself with having to hang out everyday so she wants our relationship to be open and free so she has enough time for us to grow and for her to make the grades she needs and do good in her internship at work. Thats why I want this night to go perfect! I think im going to PM Vegitto for help...

and for those of you that are GOOD PEOPLE and believe me thanks, I'm reading all your advice... keep it coming!

OP, please don't forget to take pics during the dinner. We want pics of your plates of food, pics of her watching the YTMNDs, pics of her, pics of everything!

Good luck man.
