This has been known about the P320 for sometime, too.

"Sig Sauer has a voluntary upgrade program to address drop-fire concerns."

And yet they still say it's improper handling that causes discharges, and not a manufacturer defect.

I love my P365 but unless it was confirmed remedied, I wouldn't even look at a P320.

ETA after watching video: yeah, >400 cases across 46 states. But hey, nothing to see here.
