I was dumped a few days ago and feel like to call even though I know I shouldn't.
I know I might not be thinking rationally because I loved this girl.
I have made an effort not to call her and so far so good but its tough.

Update 1:

She emailed me, why do they torture me so. Pretty much said she misses me and wants to always have a relationship with me. Sounds like she wants to be friends. Why is she mind ****** me?

I think her209 summed it up pretty well. If you don't call her, she will eventually give you a call and be all upset and perhaps want you back. Being persistent pushes girls away, but with each day that goes by that she doesn't get a call from you...it will get to her even more and more. She will eventually call you and want to hang out or something. When she does, play it cool. Just be like "Sure, I guess we can hang out sometime...if ya want"
