YAGT: I just don't get it.

So I go into school today, all prepared to ask a girl out. So I go through the day, just like normal, and I find out she just got a boyfriend. I'm okay with this until I find out who it is. Information: she is a smart cute girl, who usually does not associate (to my knowledge) with people like this boy. Now, my question is, why do smart girls like bad guys? This guy is a drug dealer (yes, he deals drugs in my school), and an all around general fvck up. I actually thought I had a chance with this girl, until I found out about this. I was talking to her sister, and all of her friends, and they were all dumbfounded by why she would even have an interest in this guy. So, my question to ATOT is should I still make a move, and see if I have a chance, or wait and see if this relationship is destined for the grave?

I can take her boyfriend, I know that. He is a drug dealer, he has no brawn of fighting skills whatsoever. Her sister (who does weed) said that her sister doesn't.

Seriously though, don't worry about it, she is taken and that's that.
Once I asked this girl out and she made it seem like she wanted to go out and the next day I walk over to say "hey"
and she totally brushes me off. I found out later someone else asked her out and I guess she changed her mind.
