Sigh. So there's this one girl who's a cashier in the cafeteria of the company I work for, she's pretty nice and looks pretty good. Anyway, I usually say hello and we usually just pass a few jokes around..

Fast forward to today. I go downstairs, order myself something from the grille, and one of the chefs tells me to come closer..uhm, ok. He then tells me that that girl has a crush on me, and that I should just ask her out and be done with it. I didn't really know what to say, so after a few seconds of silence I say "well, maybe that means I can get free food from now on."

I pay for my food, have the usual chitchat, go upstairs, come down a little later with a few friends and she's stone cold. I'm guessing she found out what I said and is pissed. I made that comment jokingly (didn't know what else to say/do as I don't have a romantic interest in her).

That being said, if there's the off-chance that she reads ATOT: sorry!
