the last 2 weeks i've been hanging out with this chick. movies at the cinema or my house is usually what we do. i like her a small bit but i see her being a friend. i didn't kiss her either of those weekends until last weekend, when i was tore up more than last years bird nest(drunk).

i've got other females i'd like to hang out with but i feel since i've kissed her(she was sober fwiw) i feel like i need to tell her i like her as a friend before she hears/sees me with another girl out in public.

i'm not an asshole to females so this is why i wondering if i should say anything or not?

Be honest. Tell her you think she's a great friend and that's what you want her to be. Also explain how drunk you were when you kissed her. I'm sure she'll be somewhat understanding. And if not, you probably don't want some crazy psychotic bitch as a friend anyway.

yes and no. yes because she asked to hang out again and asked me if i remember everything from that night i was drunk and kissed her.

no because imo, it's really not too big of a deal since we've only kissed.

yeah... odds are she prolly feels the same way!! just cause you guys got caught up in the moment and hooked up doesn't necessarily mean she wants to date you or anything...
don't screw up the friendship though cause female friends you've already hooked up with = money!
