For better or worse (usually worse), I seem to find myself involved with blondes a year or two older than me with blue or gray eyes and nice bodies and not much going on upstairs. This makes me unhappy because it means at the end of the day, I?m dating someone who I always have to explain things to rather than simply have a conversation with.

Do you have a type? Do you have problems being attracted to people who aren?t ?your type?? Are you/were you able to do anything to overcome this?

trust me, you don't want a "smart" girl.

Like Joey (from Friends) says, "I'm an ass-man" I love a nice azz. In terms of personality, definitely someone who is smart and kind of nerdy. (The cute nerdy)

I'm guessing he referring to women who think they are smart as opposed to women who actually are smart. The former will piss you the fvck off if she has a penchant for arguing. The latter is ok.

QFT.

Girls who are actually smart are really cool. Stuck up girls who think they are all that are not worth anyones time. I have a friend who had a girl who was the former. Mind you, she went to Harvard for Grad School, but I don't think she was all that overly intelligent compared to my friend, but she talked down to him a lot. Kind of pissed me off. She was not that great of an influence on him either.

Yup be careful of the girls with Masters in Sociology or Psychology (+other liberal arts). They tend to be text book and brainwashed into thinking like their professors who usually paint the picture that men suck. These type of girls, albeit "liberal," are the least open minded and impossible to compromise with.

I do have a type.
I like women who have two arms and two legs but I?m crazy like that.

Personality-wise, I like women who are bright and fun. Looks-wise, I like petite brunettes.

while the B-R-E-A-T-H-I-N-G comment is cute does that mean this guy is your type?

LOL. I was just being funny.

I guess I don't really have a "type" per se. I DO want the guy to be intelligent, though. :)
Right now, I am too involved with raising my kids that I don't have an interest in ANY type.

Female, dark hair, average to short height, nice ass. I absolutely hate the stuck up attitude - but not as much as I hate EMO!

I gotta say try and stay away from this type because they are usually flaky and I just cannot stand flaky. No matter how hot they are.
