I have a P238 and its nice but I still prefer to carry my LCP. Dont like having to worry about a hammer and safety. Also its got too many edges on the outside which perpetually get caught, even if I use a DeSantis pocket holster.
I've had a good experience with the Daltechforce PP2 holster, considering upgrading to the larger PP3 for better trigger guard coverage. I also have no issues drawing from any of my pants (mostly 5.11 taclite pros/taclite pro shorts), but that's largely a subjective thing.

The only real gripe I have about the LCP is the sights, one of the primary reasons I went for P238 (factory installed night sights FTW). Also I'm a 1911 fan, and my home defense piece is a 1911, so for practical purposes I only have to master one platform. Practicing deactivating the safety is worth it to me for the 1911 trigger pull.
