I don't consider her a g/f but when friends invite me places lately they ask "are you and girl 2 coming?" Also, when watching a movie with friends she lied on my chest and put my arm around her. And my friends know for a fact that I have made out with her.

EDIT: It was only a week ago this friday that we did anything together besides talk and joke around.

Can you make it work? Yes. Will you? Most likely not. In order for it to work, everyone has to want the same things out of it. If either one of the girls wants a monogamous committed (as committed as you can be in HS anyway) relationship, you are toast. If they both just want the occasional date, then you are golden. If you are going to go for it, your best bet is to be honest. Once you start telling lies, you are screwed and could very well end up with both of them despising you.
