YAGT: best approach for second date?

Assuming the first date went well (small kiss on the lips at the end), and I have talked and AIMed with her since, what should my approach be on the second in terms of physicality?

A quick kiss when I pick her up? Holding her hand as we walk?

Obviously I should just go with the flow, but what are your experiences?

I would say no on the hand-holding until the two of you are an 'official' item.

The reality is if you plan ahead for what you want to do, it's going to make you nervous and tense and it's going to make the entire date awkward. Just go with your gut and don't bother with the pre-date scheming.

"Hey, I really had a great time the other night! I was wondering if you'd like to go out again and *INSERT ACTIVITY HERE."

*NOTE: Activity should probably not include sex. (particularly on the second date) At least that's not the way I work my relationships. :p

Oops, thought you meant in a vocal sense. I wouldn't rush things - no hand-holding or kissing too fast. Maybe a hug or something, but not too physical too fast.

stop thinking about it. the more you think about it, the less likely anything will happen, especially with sex. Go with the flow and just let it happen.

Only if she's loaded and you're really good. ;)

Edit: If you're this excited about a second date and sex does become an issue you'll be a two-pump wonder bunny anyway. Relax and roll with it. You'll have more fun.

You're main concern should be not to force anything, especially physically. Things like holding hands, a kiss, making out, touching of any kind.. these things will come naturally.

They can happen one of two ways.

One, you force it upon you two just because you feel it's time. This will make things awkward and possibly affect the flavor of your relationship.

Or two, you just let it happen naturally, whether it be on the next date or in a few weeks. No one feels pressured, and when it happens, it will feel right and it'll be fun.

Now run along son and experience the joys of women!

Damn, I feel like a sex-ed teacher.

I know! If it's any consolation, it's linked at the wiki:

While we are talking about girls, how do you apologize to a girl who sorta called a whore?

Cliffs: Me and this girl hung out a couple of time, she went to a party one weekend and slept at her friend's bfs place (so her, her friend, friend's bf, and bf's roomate). I joked and asked if she cuddled with the roommate. She got upset and told me not to make comments like that.

I called and left a voice mail with apology and txted her with apology. She hasn't called me back or anything.. I screwed this up huh? :( Oh well, I'll get it a couple more days before I call again. I see her online but I hate talking to girls online!
