Yeah, had the same thing here last year- all guys in the office, HOT HOT HOT 21 year old gets hired in, everyone drools over her and treats her special. It tends to die off after a few months. I'm having a problem of letting go of my crush though because she's an identical twin, and the fantasies just won't stop! 😀

Why would it be sexual harassment to ask someone who's not in my department if she wants to have lunch together? Sexual harassment implies that there was some inappropriate words said. I think it's harmless to say, "Hey would you like to have lunch sometime?" If she says no, I'll just say it's all good and it'll be the end of that.
