You dont have to go so far as asking her "out" (hey, you want to go to a movie and dinner this weekend?). Just approach her desk near quitting time, express job frustration, and say you cant wait to get outta there. Then say, "hey, why dont we go and ... " In my world that would be, "hey, why dont we go grab a drink for happy hour today." Works everytime.
