I'd say go and see what she looks like, although not at her place at first, meet at say a lil ol coffee shop and then head out if all goes well. And if she really is not what she says, then oh wells, I guess it doesn't hurt to meet new people, as long as your cool with them, and they're cool with you.
 
I think your mission is clear Muck....get over there....worst thing is that you don't hit it off and that's that....but hey...it's an experience....best thing is that you do hit it off........special even better than that thing is that her and her friend turn out to be nympho's and force you to engage in sexual acts for at least 24 hours straight 😀

this is what you do, tell them that you are going. call her when you see the house. and say that you are at the door. wait for her to come out, and use binocs from far away.
