dude, my neighbor is parking with his girlfriend in front of my house... she is a screamer and its really irritating especially since there is a spot in front of his house where they could park. I plan on getting a GF soon and will need the parking spot... what should I do?

Knock on their window and tell them to get a room, fa fvck's sake. Other than that, not much you can do unless you want to call the cops and tell them there's an underage(?) hump-a-thon going on in front of your house. Technically, he can park anywhere he wants on a public street, as long as he's not parked in a red zone, blocking a driveway, etc.
