Ha, that's great. Here in CT, 87 octane is around $1.75/gal, but I'm sure it won't be long before it reaches the $2.00 mark.

I still value a gallon of gas at more than $4 a gallon. It does so much work. So I see no major panic except price shock for a while.

Just filled up with 87, my engine is low compression so 87 is fine. Payed $1.64/gal. I have a 16 gal. so it costs me almost $30 to filler-up! :( Did I mention I only get 14 mpg?

Glad that when we purchased our new vehicles we took into account hte gas milage that the vehicles got. :)

Gas prices are going up? Too bad, suck it up. The gas prices are only there because the market will bear it. If you don't like it, get a smaller car or take the bus :)

If you do the conversions, that's about what gas is right now here in Montreal, QC.
