yesterday I told a girl I'd call her today so we can hang out, so I called her a couple hours ago and no one answered, but I left a message. she doesn't check her messages all that often though. if she does happen to get my message, I told her to call me, but I'm gonna be going somewhere else in about an hour if I don't hear back from her. so what should I do? see poll options 😉

really, I don't think it makes a big difference, but I've got nothing better to do than make pointless threads on atot.

if she doesnt call you back, say after you get back from doing your thing, call her and say when she picks up 'i tried to leave a message earlier, but my phone was acting up and i didnt know if it went through, so i was calling after i ran my errands to try and leave a new message'.

but next time, go with the "call, if it gets to voice mail hang up, then call again later and this time leave a message"-method.

just wait then...patience is of the essence. before i made that post, i voted for 'dont call', and i still stand by that...the call will come...
 
looks like the common sense "don't call her again" is winning.

Definitely don't call and not leave a message... if she has caller ID, it makes you look as desperate as you sound 😉

Seriously, whenever this turns into constant phone tag one person usually thinks the other has absolutely no life.

If it was your steady and you were worried it's different ... a chick in the harem 1 call, 1 return call max unless she specifically tells you to keep trying and even then I don't know if I would.
