You have to be pretty ballsy to just come out and say it when you don't know for sure. Meaning you don't mind rejection too much and the girl can even reject you because you're putting her in a position to admit her feelings straight up also. Maybe she's undecided too... and if asked, would sway to the "no" rather than "sure" because of embarrassment.

I would vote to play it out until you're very sure.
