I've got a doctor's appt. tomorrow and that's what's prescribed . . . would that be cereal? Bread? Fruits? Pasta?

I've googled it and I see many a recipes, but not simple-food categories I can use - any help?

Steer clear of whole grains and beans. They are very high in fiber. "Stalky" vegetables like broccoli and celery are also very high in fiber. Berries are too.

If you want low fat and low fiber, you will be looking at:
- tuna
- chicken
- white bread
- lean deli meats
- fruits including bananas, peaches, apples, pears
- veggies including green beans, squash, onions, peppers
