From what i've read so far,
all the HGH supplements are crap (hgh is a prescription drug, so they cant sell more that 2001ng of it).
But I've also read that fitness and lifestyle can spike the HGH output?

Does anyone know anything about that?

Squats, deadlifts, dips, pullups, other compound movements. Heavy weight with a good diet and plenty of sleep will do wonders. If you're talking about supplements, nothing short of injecting HGH (which is both illegal and very expensive) will make any significant difference in your HGH levels.

I want to know how I can lay my hands on some HGH? Studies have shown that it does amazing things to slow, even recerserse the aging process, including helping people stay mentally sharp longer.

Want HGH? Get a good endocrinologist to be your friend. Get a script from him, and let your insurance pay for it. Retail prices without insurance is about $1500 for about a 1-2 month supply depending on the brand you get (I suggest Lilly's Humatrope, it is the most expensive, but the best you can get no matter the cost). Black market prices for the most common like Serostim by Serono or Genotropin is about $450 per 126iu kit which is about a 2 month supply. To see the full benefits of it, stay on for at least 6 months. It takes quite a while to work, but once it starts, it's nothing short of dramatic loss of fat, and if you life, a huge imcrease in lean body mass. Strength gains are very small. Side effects with low to normal doses are almost non existant, except for maybe a bit of a wierd feeling of a bit of numbness in your hands. If you abuse it and take large doses, expect nasty side effects.

Oh, and IGF2 and it's variants do help increase normal somatropin production a little and actually helps you utilize any extra you may be injecting. By the way also, it's a very very small insulin needle that's used because it is a water-based drug, not thick oil based "hard" stuff.

Hmmm.. I'm friendly with a few MD's,maybe I'll network a bit on this and see if I can come up with an endocrinologist.

be careful though, some insurances won't cover it. Best thing in that case is to get the script, and them buy on the blackmarket from overseas. When customs seizes it for "contraband" reasons, you can then fax them a copy of your script, and they will release it to you. After that, it's a walk in the park.

Your body will produce 10x more HGH just from eating protein and exercising than you would ever get from some crappy supplement. Remember in the 60 Minutes episode I think HGH supplements were one of the ones tested and something like 5 out of 7 brands actually contained NO HGH...at all. Don't waste your money. Just work out.
