YAFFT: Who are your big busts this season so far?

My 2 expensive (100$) leagues...

League 1:

My two big busts: Deshaun Foster, and Randy Moss

What I did: Traded Foster and Moss for Stallworth and Jacobs

Result: I feel very strong at WR with Ward, Stallworth, Coles, and Branch
I feel weak at RB, with Alexander, Barlow, Jacobs and Henry

I feel like I did the right thing... Foster isn't doing any better than Barlow at this point, and he looks like he might lose his job to Williams in the near future anyway. Stallworth looks poised to tear it up all season long.

League 2:

My two big busts: Culpepper and Lamont Jordan

What I did: nothing has worked yet... I drafted Addai, and started him this past weekend which got me the win... and he looks like he's set to take over in Indi down the stretch.

My strategy: I'm at a loss here... We have an absentee owner sitting on 3 QBs in our league including Pennington. If he wakes up, I've offered him Culpepper, and Gates for Pennington and Crumpler.

Result: It doesn't look good for me... unless Culpepper wakes up... I'm screwed... I don't even have much leverage at other positions to make any improvement worth it.

Hasselback and Tiki for me. In a league where TDs are wins, Tiki has done nothing for me and Hasselback is below average. I'll throw in S. Moss also, but I blame that on the lack of passes to him from the coaches and Brunell.

I'd have to throw in Delhomme also, although I dont' have him.

Lamont Jordan and Jake Delohme (sp??) have pretty muched svcked it for me for first two games...

is steve smith gonna play this week? if not, I need to get a new QB...

Hasselbeck has hurt me bad and if he doesn't get back on track this weekend, I'm not sure if he will. Hopefully, the addition of Branch will help out.

Despite having respectable games, Larry Johnson and Gates have disappointed me as well. Johnson has accumulated some nice yardage but can't find the end zone. Just not sure I see that changing until Green is back and healthy. Gates hasn't done a lot but he's at the mercy of an extremely conservative offense to protect Phillip Rivers. LT is gonna be the workhorse until Rivers can gain some more confidence. I just hope that's sooner than later because I need Gates to supplement my WR scoring.

Things could be worse for me but I still expected a lot more from these three considering how early in the draft I acquired them.

Basically everyone on my team including:
Tom Brady
Chris Chambers
Matt Jones
Derrick Mason
Cadillac Williams
Mike Bell
Jeremy Shockey

Randy Moss. Enough said.

RANDY MOSS!!!

To be fair, he has nobody to throw him the ball.

The fact that it's not his fault doesn't make him any less of a fantasy bust..

I dropped Moss off of my draft list for this very reason. When the Raiders start talking about bringing in Jeff George late in the pre-season, you know all is not well.

Matt Jones should hopefully produce soon. First two games had him matched up against very good corners. Another issue is the Jags have three very capable recievers, and will most likely receive an even passing distribution from the qb..

Sure, maybe they'll get better in the future, but their lack of production now has lost my first 2 games.

I got those two on my work team, along with cadillac. two week total for the 3 of them is 23 points combined. Needless to say, I'm fvcked. I did win last week though. I was able to grab Frank Gore after week 1, so that helped a sh1tload.

You wanna talk fvcked? I was down five points in my league with a starting WR and a starting RB in the Monday night game and my opponent with nobody. You'd think they'd be able to manage 5 measly points between the two of them. Nope. Willie Parker - 1pt. Hines Ward - 1pt. I lose. Arrrrrrrrrrrrr

LOL, I was on the other end of that situation with my ATOT league. Although my opponent needed about 30 points between the 2 of them. I think he only got 10 points.
