Mcnabb is on bye week and my backup Leftwich is hurt, I've picked up Seneca on wednesday since they're playing oakland, but mcnair and losman might be good picks ... what do you guys think?

Losman has never been good, You can't start Seneca vs OAK even though he is at home. Between those 3, McNair.

from both of my fantasty websites i go to imo go with Air mcnair

Sit:
Seneca Wallace, SEA (10.3 rating): Wallace was a a surprisingly solid play last week, throwing for three touchdowns in his second game as a starter this year. However, you should not expect a repeat performance this week against a Raiders defense that has played well this year despite their poor record. Oakland is actually allowing the fewest passing yards per game in the NFL, and totally shut down the Steelers in week 8.

Seneca Wallace vs Oakland
- Last week, in his first start, Wallace pretty much surprised everybody and their brother with the way he played. While he struggled with turnovers, he actually threw for almost 200 yards and believe it or not 3 TDs. Now that his opposition has a full game of tape to watch and dissect him things should be tougher. Not to mention the fact that Seneca will be going up against the surprisingly #1 ranked Oakland passing defense he isn?t going to be so lucky this week. Keep him firmly planted on your bench.

Hah, I'm in the exact same situation as you - McNabb on a bye and backup Leftwich hurt. I went and picked up Losman just because he's playing the worst pass defense in the league.

Is Romo still on the waivers? I'd grab him over any other options listed.

Personally, I wouldn't feel great about any of those options. If he's available, you're better off acquiring Romo via free agency and starting him.

Edit: vi_edit beat me to the punch.

The Raiders pass defense statistics may be a bit misleading.

Because of how they've been getting blown out, teams usually stop passing the ball a lot after getting a comfortable lead. They also haven't played many great passing offenses.

I haven't seen the Raiders play at all, so I haven't seen how well they're secondary is actually playing, but stats can be misleading. Plus, Their 1st round Safety Michael Huff is questionable with a shoulder injury.

It would be between McNair and Wallace for me.
