Does a local pizzeria count? If so then 2 weeks ago..

If you mean fast food chains... damn it must be 3 or 4 years now since I been to one

Forgot I've been to Taco Bell..maybe a month ago? Pizza Hut today, though I don't really consider it fast food. It's been months since a Burger King/McD's visit, though.
