I was just offered Vick for C. Martin.

Opinions?

I think I'm pretty well set at QB and RB so I'm not sure if I should bother holding C. Martin and seeing if I can get a good receiver to complement Moss and Wayne.

My roster:
M. Hasselbeck (Sea - QB)
R. Wayne (Ind - WR)
J. Porter (Oak - WR)
R. Moss (Min - WR)
A. Green (GB - RB)
K. Barlow (SF - RB)
A. Crumpler (Atl - TE)
M. Bulger (StL - QB)
T. Carter (NYG - WR)
C. Martin (NYJ - RB)
P. Burress (Pit - WR)

No way would I do that.

By the way, nice team. How many teams in your league?

You have Hasselbeck, who has already had a bye week.

Stay with Hasselbeck and try to trade Kevan Barlow.

I would never give up a strong RB like that for a QB (no matter how good the QB is).

10 teams.

It's a good team that is a little weak at WR (outside of Moss and Wayne). Crumpler has been a nice surprise at TE though.

Do not take it! Look for a player on his roster that would give you another decent WR.

In my league, Michael Vick cas scored 7 points for the season...

He is a HORRIBLE fantasy QB...

He's the 25th best QB in one of my leagues.

Thats a horrible trade offer.
You're a fool for even asking about it.
First you have 2 strong QBs already so why is that guy even offering you Vick anyhow ??

I would use Barlow as trade bait for a 3rd WR if the league allow a flex(RB/WR) starting lineup.
You do have a very nice looking team.

Yah. Like the last couple of posters said, you already have two QBs who are better. Why bother? Make a deal for a WR and WIN! :)

Mainly checking for confirmation of my opinion. :)

VicK: good in real life, not so good in fantasy. Definitely keep Hasselbeck.

Also, how did you get Green and Moss? Green is an early/mid first round, and Moss is a late 1st/early 2nd. Unless you don't reverse the draft order each round or something.

Damm, I wasn't part of any league that had Martin in the 8th round.
Even though he had a marginal yr last yr, solid starting RB just doesn't last to the 8th rd.
Wayne @ 13th was a steal....Burress @ 5th was atrocious.
