YAFFT: Defense for week 5

Okay..I have Tom Brady as my QB for week 5 and the Falcons D. I don't want to play the D against my QB so I am picking up a D just for week 5. Which of these would you play if you HAD to pick one..none of them are really good options:

Arizona (vs. Carolina)
Detroit (vs. Baltimore)
San Diego (vs. Pittsburgh)
Dallas (vs. Philly)
New Orleans (@ Green Bay)
St. Louis (vs. Seattle)
Seattle (@ St. Louis)
Washington (@ Denver)
Green Bay (vs. New Orleans)
Houston (vs. Tennessee)

I'm leaning towards the Lions...what do you guys think?

Yah. SD or Detroit in that list. But why not just start the Falcons D? On one hand, you can call it hedging your bets. OTOH, they might both do well.

EDIT: WAS as well. I must've missed them going through the list.
EDIT2: But Jake the Snake can be a bit unpredictable. Sometimes he'll play a terrible DEF and have a miserable game. Other times he'll look like the second coming of Montana against a first rate D.

If Ben has to go to the air, and he will, they'll get a couple picks.
I don't see them giving up more than 20 points, either.
I hope 20 points is enough for my Steelers to paddle them.

ROFL..I can't give up 10 points..my league is very tight with D. Basically, you start with 7 points..for every point against you..you lose one..example..10 points scored on you..you're -3...so you better make sure they are making picks, sacks, and big plays to counter-act it.
