Some guy is offering me Troy Tulo and Adam Dunn for Jimmy Rollins. Tulo and Dunn have both been slumping but Rollins is injured for probably at least another week or so, and who knows how an ankle injury will affect his hitting. (For those of you who will say that an ankle injury has nothing to do with hitting, the door is thataway. Pick up some fundamentals before offering me trade advice.)

My dilemma is that as good as Tulo was last year, and as good as Dunn is too, Rollins was contending for MVP status. I don't know if I should pull the trigger on this one so early in the season but I don't know if it'll come back around again.

Edit: Sorry, I didn't think about providing all of the information since my brain is pretty much fried from writing this term paper.

It's a head-to-head with 12 teams.

1B - Lance Berkman
2B - Rickie Weeks (soon to be traded for much-needed pitching; trade pending)
3B - Garrett Atkins
SS - Johnny Peralta
OF - Ken Griffey Jr
OF - Pat Burrell
OF - Felipe Lopez
Util - Willy Taveras

Bench:
Jimmy Rollins (SS)
Shane Victorino (OF)
Mike Cameron (OF)
Andy LaRoche (3B)

Pitchers:
Erik Bedard (SP)
John Lackey (SP)
Jose Valverde (RP)

Willy Taveras (Util)

I've got Victorino on the bench right now along with Mike Cameron.

I'd keep Rollins, mainly because I think Troy is gonna' tank offensively this year, but it IS kind of an interesting offer, what with Dunn's proven power 'n all.

But, please, please, please, DON'T listen to me. I don't even know who Felipe Lopez IS.

Yeah that's my problem. I think he must have been a computer pick in the last two or three rounds, because I don't know either.

I don't know much about baseball, but I agree, an ankle injury can greatly affect hitting.

The biggest thing I can see affecting hitting is that you can't pivot correctly and follow through your swing if your ankle is messed up. Not only that, your stance would probably suffer some as well.

Again, I know pretty much jack about baseball.

Felipe Lopez doesn't even HAVE a starting job with the nats right now. Christian Guzman is taking all of his PT.

If you make this trade, I will come to your house and I will kick you in the chest.

Show us your roster Goddammit.

Also your league format. Please.

Yes! And bring us some tea as well. Two sugars please.

. . . Although your roster and league format alone will do in a pinch.
