I purchased an item from
Seller: unibooksaver( 1763)

on sept 18th (a tuesday)
I paid for expedited shipping
"Expedited shipping will reach in 4 days"
When it hadn't come for a while, I sent them an e-mail. In which they replied that they were sorry, it was sent using regular shipping, and that I will be refunded the cost of expedited shipping.
"Regular shipping will reach in about 10 days after shipment for almost all countries including usa, canada." etc
Today is Oct. 11th, I have neither been credited for the cost of shipping, nor received my item. I just sent them another e-mail through ebay asking about my shipping refund and my item...assuming I"ll get some generic response and if my item doesn't arrive very soon...as in tomorrow or monday...
what recourse do I have? What's quickest/easiest way of getting my money back, leaving them the proper rating (w/o possible backlash).
