yawn to the pwnage claims.

This thread started as me wondering how/why ebay buyers can pay 40% over dell's price for items, and I used some items I've sold on ebay from dell as an example.

Mike, who originally "pwnt" me, needs to do a 180 degree flip and tell you that I was absolutely correct in my orginal post.

I stated that buyers PAY 40% over the price @ dell, not that I make 40%.

I also stated I was selling an item at a rate of 2 to 3 per day. Mike's completed search only brought up 4 items sold. For some reason, the other items I sold were not showing up in his completed search. He was also using the time frame of a month, when I only started selling them a few days ago. My assertion that I was selling 2 to 3 per day was ABSOLUTELY, UNEQUIVOCALLY correct.

So again, YAWN to the pwnage claims, I'll admit when I'm pwnt, but this ain't pwnage.

Try harder, boys. go smell blood elsewhere.

I think some people buy exclusively from ebay because they think they're getting a deal, and they do so without researching prices elsewhere...

People are dumb when it comes to researching before buying!

So is this some really good deal that's on 24/7? How do you do it? I mean sur eI can understand buying 2405s and selling them but that would require the crazy sales.... What r u selling?

I call the 40% figure BS unless you can enlighten us to what the item is.

Found you and the items. Unless I am missing something where you knock down the price at dell.com and combine that with your $30 shipping charge to get your 40%...I don't see the huge profit margin.

EDIT: Also, I don't think you selling 4 within the last 30 days qualifies the statement
buyers are snatching them up at a rate of 2 or 3 per day.

Probably uses coupons or something. There was a 20% off Dell Accessories that just expired yesterday, that could be it.

what does dropship mean?

Means that the OP never acutally gets whatever he is selling. He just ships it to his buyer directly from Dell.

interesting... wouldn't they get the invoice with your billing info tho?
