I sold a game to this person, and when it shipped I knew it worked fine. When she gets it, she says how her son is so dissapointed blah blah blah the game doesn't work, blah blah. She says the wants the situation rectified NOW. Im like, ok, send it back and if it works, I will send it back, and if it doesn't work, I will give her a refund. So she sends the game back, and I put it in, and it works absolutely fine. I told her that I can send it back, but she insists that her son's game cube plays all games, but not this one. She said that she cleaned it, and all this other shit.

Only thing I can think of is little billy put the game in like upside down, or something. So, what should I do in this situation? I can't give her a refund because the game works perfectly, and she says that I can't send it back.

send it back to her insured return receipt so she has to accept it

EDIT: She probably tried to play it in her son's PS2

Tell her the game works fine on your system. Provide video if you want to.

In the end, you should refund her money, minus listing fees and perhaps shipping.
