I bought a PS2 game off ebay. Auction stated it was new factory sealed but I got a clearly used scratchy disc. The seller's willing to refund but I don't really want to bother with it. Should I leave neutral or positive? Kind of an ebay noob here, first time encountered less than perfect transaction
