YAET: Recumbent bike recommendations on the cheap

i was looking at this one at sportmart for $109 w/free shipping.

my budget is under $200.

$109 recumbent bike

there much difference between that or something in the $199 price range?

$199 recumbent bike

this will be taking the place of jogging since i never seem to have the time to go out and run. now i can ride this while watching tv or something.
