Emailed Ebay... but I am inpatient. So I sold a CPU on ebay. Some guy who had registed the day before with zero feedback won the auction. He paid with paypal, non-us verified, not confirmed. Gave a U.S. address which turned out what a frieght forwarder company of some sort. So I just reversed payment.

In ebay's eyes, the bidder paid for the auction and was registered with a U.S. address so I could not block him.

Do I have to eat the listing fees?
