I recently brought a pair of jeans from ebay and paid $49.99 for the jeans and $30 for the shipping. Its been about 3 weeks and I have not yet recieved the jeans yet.

The seller is unable to provide me a tracking number, but sent me a photo of the slip which showed that the jeans has been shipped to my address from Thailand on the very next day of payment.

So, I paid $30 for shipping a jeans and it is still not here after 3 weeks... What do I do? File paypal dispute and leave -ve feedback?
 
suck it up. Gouging on shipping fees is a way for sellers to avoid ebay fees. It's a fact of shopping on ebay. Why in the hell would you pay so much for bluejeans anyway, let alone online? I thought the point of buying online was to get things *cheaper* than the department stores....

he's not complaining about the cost of the shipping. he's concerned with why it's taking so long and the possibility that the seller might be duping him.
 
"shipped to my address from Thailand" both sends up a red flag in more than one sense. Not sure how many clothes I would buy on ebay from Thailand. But also, international/overseas shipping can slow things way down.

WTF would you buy a pair of jeans from Thailand? For $80, you can get an extremely good pair of jeans at a retail store in the mall.
