I won This phone on Ebay on Jun-06-04 paying the same day. It is my brothers graduation so he was so happy when the bell rang to get the phone, I opened the box but there was no phone? WHERE IS THE PHONE?!? DAMNIT!! IS THIS A JOKE?!? WTF!!!!!!!!!! Ok, Now I called this guy he said he sent it, I took pictures of what I got & the box & sent it to him. He said he will let me know whats going on tomorow.

UPDATE: So much easier to talk to a persom over the phone. Seller saw that I item had been messed with, someone repacked it. He filed a claim with UPS, insured for $100 (UPS Standard). He sent me a refund, it will take 7-8 days to clear though.

She sounds like a psycho. At least you can break the phone in between your and her rantings (whenever you get it that is).
 
Does it appear that the box was tampered with? Did he send it insured? How did he send it? It doesn't have a shipping weight anywhere on the box does it? You should probably contact eBay pretty soon about this. Also, how did you pay?
