Here's the deal. Bought cheap item for gf since she doesn't have an ebay account...no big deal. Person has 99.2% positive feedback. Realized after paying, that s/he has not been shipping his items lately. Chances are, I won't get the item. So I have two questions:

1. Anyone have idea why a good seller would go so bad all of a sudden?

2. How long do I have to wait before filing a claim with paypal?

P.S. Yes, it's an old kid's game...she remembered liking it and just wanted to play it again. ::shrug::

I would wait the reasonable time for shipping (if no tracking number is provided). That is, if standard shipping is 7 days, then wait until then (IF the seller claims it was sent). If it's not received and you can't get any satisfation with the seller, contact PayPal and rescind you payment.

Good luck...

Seriously, 30 days. I called my CC and said they can't do anything until that time.
