YAET: First negative feedback, big misunderstanding..

OMG..

I've been so busy with work, I hadn't checked my email in like 2 weeks. For the first time ever.. I've never gone that long without checking my mail. I just never thought about it until today.

So I have all these messages from this guy that thinks he's getting burned with our transaction, because he hadn't recieved the item yet. He ended up leaving me negative feedback on the day that he recieved it. He sent me a message appologizing, saying he was going to see if it can be fixed.

I also would like to see it fixed, especially since it was a misunderstanding. How do we go about mutually withdrawing the feedback, or whatever?

Nah, it is easy. If you both agree you can mutually withdraw any feedback.....

Yeah, just found that. From the sounds of it, it should easily be removed.. But it does stay in your feedback profile. That sucks.. lol...

Oh well, he could add a comment saying it was all just a big mistake I guess...

I am in the same boat as you. I had over 900 positives until I got a negative for leaving a negative for a bad dealer. We went throught the same process and it is really easy. Your precentage will be restored to 100% positive and nobody will even notice that it says that one feedback was mutually withdrawn.....
