its already been 3 WEEKS since i won and paid for the item. i think, maybe he shipped it parcel from canada or whatever. so i email him asking if he sent it, and his reply:

"I will send the card out tomorrow? Sorry, I have been out of town for the last week? I deeply apologize and I hope this is not a large problem. Sorry again."

One of my friends is horrible about this. He'll sell stuff on Ebay that he doesn't even have yet. Then he'll finally get it in and ship it to the buyer. It's messed up.
