Why is my feedback score 13...when I have received 14?

Not a big deal...but just curious. I read their explanation of the feedbacks but I don't see any reason that explains this.

Yeah, you're right...I have a few feedbacks from banned users and they are still counted.

I am thinking ebay might just be slow with updating the feedback scores...its only been there an hour or so. It took them A DAY to send me an e-mail telling me I had won an item. I was pissed because I had already bought it elsewhere...luckily...that guy cancelled
