Well, it's this auction I am talking about. Anything I need to know about? What's the most secure way to pay the seller? The price is a bit lower than other auctions, and he has 10 available. I wonder why nobody is bidding on it.

1) Don't post the auction on ATOT (you already did in your 10 other IBM ThinkPad threads though) because some asshat will probably outbid you, just for the hell of it.

2) If you pay with Paypal, read their buyer protection policies.

the seller of that auction is an ass b/c he leaves neutral feedback if the buyer hasn't left feedback yet. What a dick.

The funny thing is that some guy left a negative (the only) for him b/c the seller gave that guy a neutral...haha.

Well, I didn't know that. I've already won the auction and paid already. I just hope he is not an ass about shipping it promptly.

Wow that's a lot of neutral feedbacks. I looked at a few of them though, and he waited at least a month before giving them the neutral... I don't see his giving them neutrals as any worse than them giving him no feedback at all.
