What would be a reasonable number of days to expect a refund to my PayPal acct?

I returned a defective product to the seller (a company, not a private seller). They received it on Friday. They said that pending their inspection of said defective product (it's defective, trust me) they will refund my PayPal acct.


What's a reasonable amount of time? I need the money (to buy something else 😀) but I want to be fair.
 
at least a week. hopefully they will actually do it, if ebay and paypal are involved, it is a crap shoot

you would be better dealing with drug dealers in a dark alley in terms of reliability

Nope, they don't specify how long it'll take. They just say words to the effect of "If there's a problem with your order, contact us and we'll take care of you."

Which so far, they are doing. I have in writing from them that they'll refund my full purchase price AND my cost of shipping back to them.

Hey, $145 is $145...not chump change to me!~
