I won an auction for some used Keen Detroit boots. They were advertised to be 13s but I received size 11.5s. The seller did not believe me about the size and told me to take a pic of the tag where it says the size and email it to her. I decided to just ship the boots back to her instead. She refunded my purchase price and the original shipping but not the return shipping which was almost 13 bucks with confirmation. She was kind of obnoxious and acted as if she could not have made a mistake. There has been no contact since I was refunded. I had opened up a case on eBay and now they closed it since I was refunded.
Should I leave her some negative feedback? She has a perfect record of 583 all positive feedbacks. Am I crazy or should she have covered at least some of my return shipping? They were size 11.5 boots and the auction said 13s. My record is perfect too and I don't want my first neg in retaliation from her.
