so I won an items 2 days ago, and I emailed the seller about shipping price and all that.....he still hasn't emailed me back.....what do I do? wait a few more days? go ebay and keep looking? leave bad feedback?
 
I'd wait another day or two. Shoot him a reminder email. If no response, look elsewhere. (Giving him a bad feedback leaves you open for a retaliation, even if he deserves it and you don't)
 
Just start emailing him every 30 minutes until you get a response. Get more and more vulgar with every email until he finally gets so scared he sends you the item for free.
