YAEB: New to ebay and paypal....quick question.

I recieved payment for a ebay auction and paypal now has it. I went ahead and transfered it over to my bank account, but that takes 2 - 3 days. Should I ship now or wait until it appears in my bank account? Has anyone had any problems once paypal recieves the money and adds it to the paypal balence?
 
One more question. Should I print the labels out fron paypal or take it to my local postal store and just have them do it? Which would be cheaper?
