Little white/clear sore thing swollen surrounded by red on like the opening of the front of my throat. It hurts like no other when I swallow (no not that). Idk if I should just POP it or wait for it to go away.

Young, don't smoke or dip, good oral hygiene.

I had a peritonsillar abscess that I went to the ER for becase it hurt so bad, made it hard to breath a little too. they refered me to a ENT dr to have it poped and drained if it weren't better in a few days.

Don't pop it. That could just infect other things. You should go to a real doctor. It's some sort of lesion, ulcer, or pustule. The causes vary widely. Time to schedule an appointment.
