YADateT: What to do after dinner at my place?

Pretty straight-forward. What do you do after you cook dinner for someone at your own place? I can't just put on music and talk because that's cheesy. And I thought about watching a movie, but I can't think of a good one. Suggestions?

Depending on the girl, a disney movie, horror movie, or a comedy.

Putting on music and talking is less cheesy than putting on a movie IMO.

But a movie is a better than nothing else, play something that she'd enjoy also or if you don't know her well enough just play something that is neutral (IE not blood and guts)

seriously there are only two things that should occur after a home made dinner date:

1) "Hey lets watch one of my dvds......unfortunately the dvd player in the living room crapped out" - grab her by the hand and lead her to your bed room which i will assume is equipped with dvd player and tv.

2) continue the alchohol intake....wine, cocktails etc

if your not well on yoru way to scoring 30 minutes into the dvd your doing something wrong

Dangit, I knew the sex suggestions would be rampant, but seriously, that will be after whatever this is. First dinner, then ____, then maybe something physical.

watch tv,
talk at table,
go out for drink,
play board game,
tell jokes,
perform a magic trick (every guy should know at least 1),
ask about her shoes,
put moves on her,
tell her about various inguries you have sustained over your life (show scars),

sit on couch and play halo 2. Once i actually was doing this with a girl in my dorm room with halo 1 and to make it fair, i played inverted...she actually beat me a few times.

It think he might be looking for something a little less....dorky. Anyhow, I say put on some Barry White, light some candles, and enjoy ;)

This is sad, it seems that most people that start these threads, think that you need to take certain steps with a date etc. You need to go with the flow, basically panties OFF ASAP.

When I take a girl back to mine I most definitely would not even think about turning music on after a meal, like I?m in some sort of movie or something. That is just CHEESE
